WHY OUR SERVICES ARE NEEDED
Talent is everywhere, but not opportunity. They face barriers like low funds, little support and no real work experience. This is hardest for those from poor or under-represented groups.
At Found Change CIC, we know how tough it feels to start a business or find good work when chances seem out of reach. That’s why we give hands-on help. We build skills, boost confidence and give real-world practice. We create a space where every view matters and people can shape their own future
Local Communities
At Found Change CIC, we connect participants with local businesses to provide hands-on, real-world experience. Our apprenticeship-style programmes help individuals build skills, confidence, and portfolios they can showcase on their CVs.
At the same time, we strengthen local businesses by offering extra support, helping them grow, adapt, and thrive in a changing economy.

Mental Health Services
At Found Change CIC, we work closely with mental health services to identify and refer individuals who will benefit most from our programmes. Through these partnerships, we provide tailored support to help participants overcome challenges and access the tools, skills, and confidence they need to thrive.
For example, we offer customised programmes that address unique barriers by looking at trauma holistically and creating safe spaces for those interested in alternative support systems that are more accessible for those who wish to re-enter the workforce or start a side business, to supporting those experiencing unemployment with personalised pathways to financial stability and long-term success.

Job Centre Support
Identify Participants:
Partnering with Job Centre advisors to identify individuals who could benefit from our programmes, particularly those facing barriers to employment or starting a business.
Offer Tailored Training:Providing tailored workshops and mentoring sessions that align with Job Centre initiatives, helping participants develop employable skills or turn their business ideas into actionable plans

After years of working with communities and supporting businesses, I recognised a pattern: people were willing to work hard, but without guidance or opportunity, they struggled to get ahead. Wanting to change this, I started a community-focused initiative designed to unlock that potential.
Using my background in launching businesses and my connections with councils, incubators and local programmes, I created a pathway for people to gain practical skills, build confidence, and see what’s truly possible for them.The pilot reached young adults identified through the Job Centre, many on Universal Credit.
Through hands-on training in areas like starting a small business, managing resources, and understanding profitability, participants left empowered, employable, and inspired. With the right support, we can transform untapped talent into thriving contributors to their families and communities.
